Use this after applying the Luminary Eye Concentrate whenever you want an extra boost of hydration.
How to Use
15-20 minutes
After applying the Luminary Eye Concentrate under the eyes, place the eye patches over the area for 15-20 minutes as the eye concentrate is absorbed. Gently remove, rinse the patch, and store it in the tin for next time.
