If something goes on sale after I buy it, can I get a price adjustment?
Sale offers are valid only during the official sale period and while stocks last. Once sold out, prices revert to standard rates. All sale prices are final and no adjustments will be made on past or future orders.
Can I cancel or change my order placed during the sale?
We’re unable to cancel or modify orders (including address or product changes) during the sale due to high order volume and fast processing for timely delivery.
How can I track my order?

Can I return my order?
Please note that all orders are Final Sale during indē wild sales on our site, and therefore are not eligible for refunds, replacements, returns or exchanges unless damaged (and notified within 24 hours of receiving the order). What are the delivery timelines?
We experience higher-than-usual order volumes during sale periods, hence please expect a slight delay in order processing & shipping timelines. Once shipped, you will receive a notification via email & standard delivery timelines apply as per your region. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout, we’re unable to reroute parcels once dispatched. What should I do if I receive an incorrect or damaged item?

- Your order number
- An unboxing video or clear photos of the item
- Batch number
We review all cases individually and will work to offer the best possible resolution. If confirmed damaged, a replacement will be issued.
What should I do if the free gifts shown on the website don't appear in my cart?
Free gifts are subject to availability and applicable only while stocks last. Please refresh your cart before completing your order to confirm which free gifts have been successfully added.

Free gifts received during the Sale are not replaceable, refundable, or exchangeable.
Are free gifts guaranteed?
Free gifts are not guaranteed and are offered only while stocks last. Availability may vary based on high order volumes during the sale. Please check your order confirmation email to verify whether a free gift was successfully added to your order.
Can I use store credits, gift cards, or discount codes during the sale?
During sale events, store credits and gift cards have limited applicability. If any of these cannot be used on sale orders, the checkout page will indicate this. However, Sale discounts cannot be combined with other promo codes/offers. We recommend reviewing your cart carefully before completing your purchase.
How do I know if an item is back in stock during the sale?
If a product sells out during the sale, you may sign up for the ‘Notify Me’ alert on the product page. You’ll receive an email as soon as it becomes available again. Please note that restocks during major sale events are limited and not guaranteed.
