Shipping Policy

Order processing times are separate from the shipping times provided at the checkout. All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Due to high volume at peak times, during a launch, special sales and holidays, as well as unforeseen covid 19 disruptions, there may be delays in the postal service which are outside of our control. We attempt to notify every customer preemptively if there is a significant delay.

Domestic Shipping Rates And Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer a flat rate for all domestic shipments to customers in India. This may change in the future.

For certain campaigns and marketing purposes there may be free shipping offered, or free shipping thresholds for purchase over an X amount. We may add multiple shipping options in the future to accommodate improved transit times.

Minimum & Maximum Delivery Times

Depending on your locality, the minimum delivery time is 1 business day once your order has been processed on our end, and maximum delivery time is 7 business days from the same. Please note the following for area specific delivery timings: 

  • If the shipping address noted in your order is in Haryana, within 500 km of range from our Haryana warehouse, or in the metropolitan cities of Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune, Chennai, Kolkata, Amdavad, or Hyderabad, please expect a delivery time of 1-3 business days once the order has been processed. 
  • For shipping locations in North East (including Sikkim, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam), Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Kerala, Leh Ladakh, Uttarakhand, and Port Blair, please expect a delivery time of 5-7 business days once the order has been processed.
  • For shipping locations in India and outside of above mentioned areas, please expect a delivery time of 4-5 business days once the order has been processed.

In the possible case there is a monsoon, we may incur further delays. Send us a message at if you need help with receiving your order.

We do not offer in-store or at warehouse pickup to customers. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday. We may contact you via text message with the phone number or email you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of your order's arrival.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping outside of India.

How Do I Check The Status Of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
